Wugga Workbench

The private client workspace used by Wugga Computing.

What it does

Wugga Workbench helps Cameron Edwards manage website enquiries, review customer website previews and emails, prepare quotations and invoices, record payments and manage annual care. It runs locally on his Windows computer.

Why it connects to Gmail

Workbench connects only to wuggacomputing@gmail.com. Gmail sending access delivers approved messages and the enabled unanswered-sales reminders. Read-only access checks replies, opt-outs, cancellation requests, payment-proof indicators and the outcome of uncertain sends. Any reply stops scheduled sales reminders.

Who can use it

This is an owner-operated internal business tool. Customers do not sign in with Google or grant access to their own mailboxes. The local application rejects any connected Gmail account other than Wugga’s mailbox. This public page explains the application; it is not a login portal.

Control stays with the owner

Initial sales emails, invoices, renewals and other messages need Cameron’s approval. The enabled sales-follow-up policy permits up to two reminders, at least seven days apart, only while no reply has been received. A proof-of-payment document alone does not confirm cleared funds.
