Cancellation policy

Cancel a project
Email wuggacomputing@gmail.com with the quotation or invoice reference and tell us that you want to cancel. We confirm the request, stop further optional work and explain the work or costs already incurred. Any refund is assessed under the refund policy and applicable consumer law.
Stop annual renewal
Email us before your renewal date to stop renewing. You keep the service you have paid for until its end date. Cancelling does not delete your website or domain, and we do not automatically debit your bank account. An already completed domain renewal may incur a registrar cost; statutory refund rights still apply.
At the end of paid care
We confirm the paid-through date and discuss any domain transfer or handover needed. Domain registration expires unless renewed; continuing registration and hosting must be arranged if you want the website to remain available after care ends. Cancellation is not an instruction to destroy your website or business records.
Stopping messages
If you decline a proposal or ask us to stop sales messages, we stop the sales follow-ups. This does not itself cancel a separate accepted order; tell us if you also want to cancel the service. Necessary correspondence about an existing order or payment can still be required.
