Who we are

Cameron Edwards trades as Wugga Computing in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our business address is 8 Trust Avenue, Witkoppen, Johannesburg, South Africa. Contact wuggacomputing@gmail.com or 071 472 6117. These terms apply to website services ordered from Wugga, together with your accepted quotation.

Your preview and order

A preview and quotation are an invitation to consider our service. You owe nothing unless you accept the quotation. Before accepting, check the scope, business details, total cost and delivery arrangements, and tell us about corrections. We confirm the agreed scope and delivery date in writing.

Starter price and scope

The starter website costs R1,000 once off, plus R450 for the first year of domain and basic care: R1,450 initially, then R450 annually for renewal. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. The starter includes the website shown in your linked preview, including its existing 3D design, adapted with approved business text, images and contact links; one mobile-friendly page, up to four core sections and one consolidated round of small edits. New features or a new design beyond the preview, checkout, admin/POS, stock control and later content changes are quoted separately.

Domain and annual care

Annual care covers one standard .co.za domain, renewal handling and basic site checks. Content changes and extra support cost extra. If your chosen domain is unavailable or costs more than included in your quote, we agree an updated quote before buying it. Renewal invoices are prepared 30 days before renewal. There are no automatic bank debits.

Payment and delivery

Pay using the method and reference on your invoice. Payfast payment links may be offered when available; EFT details are provided on the invoice. We do not collect card details on our website. A quotation is not an invoice. We confirm payment after the payment provider or bank transaction confirms cleared funds. Delivery depends on the agreed scope, approved content and any required customer access. If a delay arises, we will contact you to agree the next step.

Content and handover

You must have permission to use content you supply and check business information before publication. We do not invent testimonials, qualifications or services. Once payment and final approval are complete, we arrange the agreed site and domain handover. Third-party components remain subject to their licences. Additional software projects have a separate written scope.

Your rights

Our refund and cancellation policies explain how to stop work or renewals and request a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that South African consumer law gives you. Please contact us first to resolve a concern; this does not prevent you from using a regulator, ombud or other available remedy.
