Refund policy

Effective date:

How to request a refund

Email wuggacomputing@gmail.com with your name, invoice or quotation reference and the reason for the request. We review the order, payment and work completed, explain the outcome and arrange any refund due. Do not send card details, banking passwords or verification codes.

Before work or purchases start

If you cancel an accepted order before we begin the agreed work or incur authorised third-party costs, we refund the amount paid for that order. A preview or an unaccepted quotation creates no payment obligation.

After work has started

Where the law permits a deduction, we may retain a reasonable amount for work already completed and authorised third-party costs already incurred, and refund the remaining balance. We explain those amounts rather than applying an automatic blanket no-refunds rule. Domain purchases or renewals are subject to registrar rules, without limiting your statutory rights.

If we cannot deliver or something is wrong

If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will tell you and refund amounts due for the undelivered service. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed scope or applicable service-quality standards, contact us so we can address the problem and provide the correction or refund required in the circumstances.

Cooling-off and payment timing

Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, qualifying service transactions can be cancelled within seven days after the agreement, with the statutory refund due within 30 days. Where the Consumer Protection Act’s direct-marketing cooling-off rule applies instead, its five-business-day cancellation period and applicable refund deadline apply. Exceptions and the facts of the transaction can affect which rule applies. We honour any applicable statutory cancellation or refund right. Refunds are arranged without unnecessary delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally back through the original payment method where possible.
