Who handles your information

Cameron Edwards, trading as Wugga Computing, handles information for enquiries, website projects, customer communications, billing and annual care. Contact wuggacomputing@gmail.com or 071 472 6117 about privacy. Our business address is 8 Trust Avenue, Witkoppen, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Information we use

We use the contact and business details you provide, public business information relevant to a proposed website, correspondence, approved content, order details, invoices and payment confirmations. Hosting and payment providers may process technical connection and security information when you use their services. We do not collect card numbers or banking passwords.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver agreed services, maintain business records, manage renewals, detect replies or delivery failures, and honour requests to stop contact. You may ask us to stop marketing at any time by replying or emailing us. We keep a minimal suppression record to respect that request.

Providers and sharing

Google handles our Gmail correspondence. Cloudflare hosts our public website, customer previews and payment pages. Payfast processes payments made through its checkout. Domain registrars process the details needed to register and renew a domain. ZeroBounce may check a business email address for deliverability. Claude receives selected public business facts and approved website assets for website design; we do not send it mailbox contents, payment credentials or banking records. Service providers may process information outside South Africa under their applicable terms and protections.

Storage and retention

Customer workflow records and backups are stored on our local computer, with hosted copies where needed to deliver the website, preview or payment service. We restrict access and protect account credentials. We keep records for the service relationship and as needed for accounting, disputes and applicable legal duties; deletion requests are reviewed against those duties. Expiring a preview does not erase invoices or correspondence.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Contact us so we can verify and handle the request. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator at https://inforegulator.org.za/.

Cookies and other sites

Our company pages do not include advertising trackers or an advertising cookie banner. Linked services and embedded maps on customer sites may process information under their own privacy policies. Wugga Workbench’s separate application privacy notice explains the private Gmail integration in more detail.
